As the head of Eastern’s Engineering Team for Government Programs, he oversees a dynamic group of proficient managers, engineers, and designers across various disciplines. Anthony brings a wealth of expertise in engineering management and project engineering, garnered from his notable roles at esteemed organizations.

Having served as the Director of Engineering at Eastern, Director of Engineering at Gulf Island Fabrication, Engineering Manager at Bollinger Shipyards, and Design Integration Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command, Mr. Lama has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of both government and commercial projects. His multifaceted background equips him with the insight needed to navigate the complexities of the maritime sector.

Mr. Lama’s primary focus revolves around enhancing integration across disciplines, spearheading process improvements in production design, and adeptly resolving intricate technical challenges. Mr. Lama has a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
