
Brendan D’Isernia has served as Chief Financial Officer of Eastern Shipbuilding Group since fall 2025. He joined Eastern in 2013 while in college, beginning in the accounting department before moving into key financial and program leadership roles.
In 2014, he became a Financial Analyst for the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program, followed by a promotion in 2016 to Business and Financial Manager, where he implemented the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and established financial controls. He advanced to Deputy Program Manager in 2017, helping guide the OPC program from Detail Design into Construction and leading recovery efforts after Hurricane Michael. In 2023, he was named Program Manager, responsible for overall cost, schedule, and performance.
With more than a decade at Eastern, Brendan has worked across the full shipbuilding lifecycle—from bid and proposal through design and construction. He has served on the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2023.
A Panama City native, Brendan graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 with a B.S. in Finance. He and his wife, Kate, have two children.
