Dan Lozier joined Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. in 2013. Mr. Lozier represented Eastern since he began his private practice in 1985, 36 years ago. Having served as general counsel to numerous organizations, he has extensive and wide-ranging experience. Mr. Lozier is a member of The Florida Bar, and was formerly certified as a tax attorney, Ethics and Compliance Professional, and Mediator. Mr. Lozier holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Ohio State University, an M.S. degree in Educational and School Psychology from Ohio University, a J.D. degree from Capital University Law School and an LL.M degree in Tax Law from the University of Florida Law School.
