Jessica joined Eastern Shipbuilding Group in 2021 with more than 17 years of executive communications experience in the public and private sectors. As VP of Communications, Jessica manages the corporate brand and public relations as the company continues to successfully execute the US Coast Guard’s Offshore Patrol Cutter program while maintaining its enviable position in the commercial shipbuilding industry. Jessica was drawn to Eastern’s powerful legacy of quality craftmanship, resilience, and community impact. Prior to joining Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Bossert served as Deputy Communications Director at the White House where she managed the communications strategy across the federal government. She has advised CEOs and built a distinguished record in the successful elections of two governors, a U.S. senator and a U.S. president. For nearly 15 years, Jessica has supported a school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia that serves destitute families.
