John Doris has been the Chief Financial Officer at Eastern Shipbuilding Group since the fall of 2023. He joined the company as the Deputy CFO in 2019. Prior to joining Eastern, John was with Berg Steel Pipe Corp. most recently serving as the Finance and Risk Manager. He started his career in the Oilfield Services and Manufacturing Industry in Houston, TX and relocated to Panama City, FL in 2015 where he now resides with his wife and two daughters.

John has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. He has also earned a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
